Baked Cauliflower Wings

This vegan alternative to chicken wings is tasty and healthy.

These cauliflower wings have a sweet and have a slightly spicy flavor. They are a healthy alternative to traditional chicken wings. They are vegan and gluten-free, oil-free, and sugar-free. This dish is great for parties or as a side dish for a family dinner.

You can serve cauliflower wings with barbecue sauce or another sauce of your choice.

  • 500 g raw cauliflower
  • 240 ml plant-based milk
  • 140 g chickpea flour
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp spicy red pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 40 g maple syrup


  • Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  • In the bowl, mix flour, milk, spices, and maple syrup together to make the batter.
  • Dip the florets in the batter mixture and place on a silicon mat or parchment paper.
  • Bake at 200C/400F for 20 minutes.
