Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chickpeas cooked or canned
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Rinse and dry chickpeas with paper towel.
  2. In a bowl mix chickpeas with all spices.
  3. Place on a baking sheet, spreading evenly.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 min at temperature of 160C/325F stirring occasionally, so chickpeas are cooked evenly.
