Gluten-Free Vegan Chocolate Pancakes

These chocolate pancakes look and taste amazing!

While I was on a low FODMAP diet, I was craving pancakes. I needed to use ingredients that I could eat on a low FODMAP diet.

For this recipe, I decided to use simple ingredients that I had at home, such as green buckwheat, grounded into flour, cacao powder, maple syrup, flaxseed meal, and water. I am in love with these chocolate pancakes! They taste so delicious and so chocolatey.

Gluten-Free Vegan Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 140 g green buckwheat flour
  • 20 g flax seed meal
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 100 g maple syrup
  • 300 ml water

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Blend the mixture with a mixer until smooth.
  • Preheat a non-stick pan to medium heat.
  • Cook on both sides.
