Easy Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
  

Salad ingredients:
  • 450 g cabbage shredded
  • 120 g cucumbers cubed
  • 130 g tomatoes cubed
  • 20 g dill finely chopped
Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper ground
  • 1 tsp garlic ground
  • 15 g lemon juice
  • 80 g water warm

Equipment

  • Big bowl for mixing

Method
 

  1. Chop all the vegetables, and place them in the bowl.
  2. Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce over the salad.
  5. Stir gently.
