Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cups water warm
  • 3 tbsp sourdough starter
  • 1 tsp salt
Vegan Pizza Cheese
  • 1/2 cup cashews raw, soaked
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp tapioca starch
  • 1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

Dough
  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, sourdough starter, and warm water.
  2. Knead the dough for several minutes until it becomes smooth and consistent.
  3. Roll out the dough to form your pizza crust.
  4. Place the dough in a greased pizza mold.
  5. Let it rise overnight or for about 8–9 hours.
Vegan Pizza Cheese
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture warms slightly and thickens.
  3. If your blender doesn’t heat, you can transfer the mixture to a saucepan and gently heat it, stirring constantly until it thickens.
Toppings
  1. Spread your favorite pizza sauce over the risen dough.
  2. Add the vegan cheese and toppings of your choice, such as bell peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, olives, basil, or spinach.
Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Bake the pizza for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the toppings are cooked.
  3. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
