Dough
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, sourdough starter, and warm water.
- Knead the dough for several minutes until it becomes smooth and consistent.
- Roll out the dough to form your pizza crust.
- Place the dough in a greased pizza mold.
- Let it rise overnight or for about 8–9 hours.
Vegan Pizza Cheese
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
- Blend until the mixture warms slightly and thickens.
- If your blender doesn’t heat, you can transfer the mixture to a saucepan and gently heat it, stirring constantly until it thickens.
Toppings
- Spread your favorite pizza sauce over the risen dough.
- Add the vegan cheese and toppings of your choice, such as bell peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, olives, basil, or spinach.
Baking
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Bake the pizza for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the toppings are cooked.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
