Ingredients
  

  • 5 bananas
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 6 tbsp oat milk or soy milk
  • 1 tsp salt (optional)

Equipment

  • high-power blender preferably with tamper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice bananas and place in plastic container
  2. Freeze for at least two hours
Blend
  1. Add all ingredients in high-power blender
  2. Add optional salt
  3. Mix in blender on high speed and push down frozen pieces with tamper until smooth
  4. Garnish with your choice of nuts and cocoa or carob nibs
  5. Serve immediately
