Simple Quinoa Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g red or white quinoa cooked
  • 180 g white beans cooked
  • 100 g mashed potatoes
  • 100 g onion grated on grater
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Combine all the ingredients together. Mix well.
  2. Measure 1 tbsp of the mixture, and roll into a ball with you hands.
  3. Bake the quinoa balls in the oven at 350F/180C for about 20 min, until they are crispy.
  4. Enjoy quinoa balls with your favorite vegetables!
