Cauliflower steaks

Instructions
Smoked cashew sauce
Soak cashew 4-5 hours then drain and rinse
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
Cauliflower steaks
Preheat oven to 350°F
Remove green leaves from cauliflower and cut in half
Cut cauliflower into slices about half an inch thick (or about 1.5 cm)
Mix all spices in a bowl
Rub both sides of cauliflower pieces with spices
Place on silicone mat and bake about 10 minutes on one side, then flip and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown
