Smoked cashew sauce
- Soak cashew 4-5 hours then drain and rinse
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
Cauliflower steaks
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Remove green leaves from cauliflower and cut in half
- Cut cauliflower into slices about half an inch thick (or about 1.5 cm)
- Mix all spices in a bowl
- Rub both sides of cauliflower pieces with spices
- Place on silicone mat and bake about 10 minutes on one side, then flip and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown
