Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp dried herbs
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

  • silicone mat

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Wash potatoes well.
  3. Cut potatoes without removing skin into 1/2 inch slices.
  4. Rub potatoes with spices, salt, and pepper.
  5. Lay them on baking sheet, spreading them out so the pieces do not touch.
  6. Bake for about 30-40 min or until golden brown. Smaller pieces will be ready sooner.
  7. Serve with guacamole, refried beans, or homemade ketchup and garnish with herbs, such as parsley.
