Easy Tofu Scramble

Ingredients
  

  • 1 block tofu firm
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Indian black salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Heat pan to a medium heat.
  2. Mash tofu with a fork.
  3. Place tofu on the pan, along with spices, and mix well.
  4. Cook for about 10 minutes, mixing intermittently.
  5. Serve tofu scramble on a toast with cherry tomatoes and chives, or your choice of garnish.
