Collard Greens

  • collard greens leaves
  • rice grains rice, quinoa
  • vegetables cut into strips
  • legumes lentils, beans, chickpeas
  • sauerkraut, pickles
  • pickles

Method
 

  1. Rinse the collard greens. Let them dry.
  2. Shave the stems off. This will make it much easier to fold.
  3. Place the collard greens onto a flat surface
  4. Spread the hummus, and add the fillings on the side closer to the stem.
  5. Wrap it up.
  6. Serve with ginger sauce.
  7. Enjoy!
