Cashew Yogurt

Tasty plant-based cashew yogurt recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cashews raw
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp powder from 2 capsules of vegan probiotics or plant based yogurt
  • 1 pinch salt

Equipment

  • blender
  • glass bowl

Method
 

  1. Wash cashews in water and place in bowl.
  2. Add water to cashew nuts.
  3. Mix at high speed in a blender until very smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture in a glass or ceramic bowl.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon of plant-based yogurt or vegan probiotics. If powder is in capsules, remove from there before adding to bowl.
  6. Add a pinch of salt.
  7. Mix well, cover, and let it sit for 10-12 hours.
  8. Serve with you favorite berries, fruits, nuts, or granola.
