Ingredients
  

  • 200 g almonds raw
  • 75 g almond yogurt plain, store bought or homemade
  • 500 ml water

Method
 

  1. Soak the almonds for 8 hours.
  2. Peel off the skin.
  3. Wash the almonds and drain the water.
  4. Place the almonds and water in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the almond mixture into a clean glass or ceramic bowl, and add the starter as almond yogurt.
  6. Stir gently, cover, and leave overnight.
  7. Serve the yogurt with your favorite berries, fruits, nuts, and more.
