Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds fresh fruit apples, plums, blueberries, pears, etc
  • 1/2 lemon

Method
 

  1. Cut fresh fruit
  2. Puree fruit in blender
  3. Add juice from half a lemon
  4. Spread fruit puree on dehydrator trays
  5. Set dehydrator to 135° Fahrenheit /  57° Celsius
  6. Let the puree dry in the dehydrator approximately 8 hours, or until the fruit is leathery but not too hard
