Roasted Cabbage Steaks

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cabbage head
  • 30 g tahini paste
  • 30 g lemon juice
Spices
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • tsp black pepper
  • tsp red paprika

Method
 

  1. Cut the cabbage into 1 inch thick discs.
  2. Make the sauce by combining the rest of the ingredients, and mix well. You can add some water to thin the sauce.
  3. Brush the cabbage discs with the sauce to coat them thoroughly. Flip the cabbage and repeat the same thing.
  4. Bake the cabbage steaks at 400F/200C for about 30 min or until golden brown.
