Cut watermelon into cubes.
Please in a blender along with maple syrup and lemon juice.
Blend until smooth.
Fill the molds about 3/4 full.
Freeze for 4 hours.
Pour the white layer on the top of the first layer.
Freeze for about an hour.
Blend kiwi fruit, maple syrup, kale and water together.
Pour green mixture into the molds over the white layer.
Freeze for another hour.
