Ginger Carrot Salad

Delicious and super healthy carrrot salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs rainbow carrots
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 dash black and hot peppers

Instructions

  • Grate carrots with a fine grater.
  • Using gloves, mix carrots with remaining ingredients well.
  • Store in the jar in refrigerator.
