Ginger Carrot Salad
Delicious and super healthy carrrot salad
- 2 lbs rainbow carrots
- 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 dash black and hot peppers
Grate carrots with a fine grater.
Using gloves, mix carrots with remaining ingredients well.
Store in the jar in refrigerator.
