Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs rainbow carrots
  • 1 tbsp ginger fresh grated
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 dash black peppers
  • 1 dash hot pepper

Method
 

  1. Grate carrots with a fine grater.
  2. Using gloves, mix carrots with remaining ingredients well.
  3. Store in the jar in refrigerator.
