Ingredients
  

  • 75 g g raw spinach
  • 300 g green apple 1 large
  • 1 lime without skin
  • 2 kiwis without skin
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 10 g raw ginger
  • 5-10 g fresh parsley
  • 200 g cucumber without skin

Equipment

  • slow juicer

Method
 

  1. Remove the skin off the lime, kiwi, and cucumber.
  2. Chop the veggies and fruit if they are too large.
  3. Add the veggies and fruits to the juicer one by one.
  4. Enjoy fresh immune boosting green juice!
