- 2 whole wheat bread, sliced
- 1 avocado, ripe
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 grape tomatoes, sliced
- pepper, group
Toast the bread.
Put the avocado in a bowl, and mash it with a fork.
Add the garlic, lemon juice and salt. Stir well.
Spread avocado mix on the bread.
Top with tomatoes and green onions.
