Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole wheat bread sliced
  • 1 avocado ripe
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 grape tomatoes sliced
  • pepper group

Method
 

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Put the avocado in a bowl, and mash it with a fork.
  3. Add the garlic, lemon juice and salt. Stir well.
  4. Spread avocado mix on the bread.
  5. Top with tomatoes and green onions.
