Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole wheat bread, sliced
  • 1 avocado, ripe
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 grape tomatoes, sliced
  • pepper, group

Instructions

  • Toast the bread.
  • Put the avocado in a bowl, and mash it with a fork.
  • Add the garlic, lemon juice and salt. Stir well.
  • Spread avocado mix on the bread.
  • Top with tomatoes and green onions.
