Simple All-Natural Fruit Roll Recipe

A simple, 2-ingredient recipe for fruit rolls. All you need is fruit, a blender, and a dehydrator.

  • 2 pounds fresh fruit (apples, plums, blueberries, pears, etc)
  • 1/2 lemon


  • Cut fresh fruit
  • Puree fruit in blender
  • Add juice from half a lemon
  • Spread fruit puree on dehydrator trays
  • Set dehydrator to 135° Fahrenheit /  57° Celsius
  • Let the puree dry in the dehydrator approximately 8 hours, or until the fruit is leathery but not too hard
