Indian is one of my favorite cuisines. I even learned to cook some Indian dishes at home. We have an Indian supermarket not far from our house. I often buy some products there; chickpeas, lentils, gluten-free flour, and spices. For this dish, you will need garam masala. If it is not available, you can make it yourself.
Chickpea Tikka Masala is so creamy! It’s easy to make, and it’s full of flavor.

- 150 g onion cubed
- 20 g garlic minced
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- 170 g tomatoes cubed
- 300 ml tomato sauce
- 425 g coconut cream/milk
Spices
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Ground coriander
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp Garam masala
